da BLITZ in the INDUSTRY The St. John's County Sherriff's Offife has since arrested the caller, Michael Kruse, 20, for making fake emergency calls, says TheSmokingGun.com. Kruse, reportedly under the influence of an unknown substance, repeatedly called police from his cell phone requesting a helicopter police escort to Miami to meet Lil' Wayne. Police arrived on the scene and, after questioning Kruse, determined that he had also called 911 requesting the same red carpet service the day before. 
A Florida man was apparently so desperate to meet rapper Lil' Wayne that he called 911 looking for a police escort to the rapper's home.
