While staring staight into the barrell of a possible five-year prison sentence, Lil' Boosie is keeping his mind on the dime, even talking the release of his freshest venture, a new movie.
As if releasing his new album, Superbad: The Return Of Boosie Bad Azz, wasn't enough, the Baton Rouge, Louisiana rapper is also preparing for his upcoming trial in connection with firearm and drug posession charges and the release of a new movie.
According to reports, Boosie is facing a five-year stint in prison stemming from his arrest last year.
Though this marked his third marijuana offense, Boosie insists the authorities are the ones with the problem.
"They [the police] just made all these statements," Boosie said in an interview with Allhiphop. "It was for rumor of the day. I don't know where all these statements came from. I had a couple altercations that went down but they're really trying to take me down. They made all kinds of false statements saying I said all kinds of stuff like 'How much ya'll want' and 'I'm going to tell the judge this.' They got me all messed up."
Boosie is due in court to answer to the charges on September 28.
Whether he manages to slip his way out of his legal troubles or not, Boosie is also planning to bring another of his visions to the big screen.
"I also have a movie coming out called Ghetto Stories: The Movie," Boosie said. "I think we're going to release it in November. We're just at the table right now figuring out how I'm going to get paid for it."
In an article in the new Details magazine appropriately entitled “Tears of A Hip Hop Clown“, the super-producer who lost it all, brags about all the Hollywood hotties he bagged back in his heyday.
After a bong hit, Storch loosens up a bit and the conversation turns to his sexual conquests. Tops among them? “Kim Kardashian—she was amazing,” he says. (She denies she and Storch had sex.) “Dude, she really is so fucking hot,” Linder affirms from the pool table.
But there were others, lots of them. “Three or four at once. I made Wilt Chamberlain look like an angel,” he says, his face darkening. “I feel bad about that—being a pig. You meet a lot of good people, people that aren’t as fucked up as you, and you manipulate them and take advantage of them.”
>>>>When’s this guy gonna get his Superhead on and write the tell-all. Ha!

After photos of Usher and his new boo, Grace Miguel, vacaying it up in the Dominican Republic hit online this week, details have emerged as well. She’s 42 and an exec over at Island Def Jam. Rumors of them being boo’d up have been around for months–Looks like Mr. Raymond has a track record of cheating with older women….
Also, sources are reporting that Grace is head over heels for Usher and the feeling is mutual. Friends dished that they’ve been dating for 6 month
If you claim responsibility for his biggest hit, he’s gonna address the matter. This pretty much confirms our previous post.

"I introduced a story line about foster care five years ago that was very authentic," Rowell disclosed.
Rowel says she asked CBS to hire a black actor because black men are the predominant race in foster care. The story line was a huge success, garnering the show an Emmy, an NAACP Image Award and Congressional recognition, but Rowell said she is unhappy with the recent direction it has taken.
"About some weeks ago, they had the young foster son sleeping with his father's girlfriend, and it did not sit well with a lot of people, predominantly black women because African American women make up the 'Young and the Restless' audience," she said.
"I take this very serious, and I think that a sterling story line that received so much positive attention just hit a cord with a lot of people, and this is not the Bill Bell legacy."
"I'm devastated," she continued. "I put in 16, 17 years and doggedly tried to bring in effective change so that the new generation of actors wouldn't say who's going to do my hair...It's 2009 and the show has been on the air for 37 years. We had a cast of eight black actors and now you're down to two. Come on NAACP and Urban League, speak up. Who's asleep at the wheel at CBS?"
Gospel singer Tonex has been dodging accusations that he was gay since 2007, but not he has willingly come out of the closet. Outed in 2007 by MediaTakeOut and others Tonex denied that he was gay. The gospel singer was afraid to tell the truth about being gay for the sake of his career - openly gay gospel singers aren't exactly in high demand. However, two years after the story first broke Tonex has finally come out of the closet with pride. Good for you Tonex!

In the spirit of 90's R&B trio LSG – Gerald Levert, Keith Sweat and Johnny Gill – BV Buzz has learned exclusively that three R&B divas have formed a new group with the working name of TDK.
Singers Tamia, Deborah Cox and Kelly Price have united for an upcoming compilation project called 'The Queen Project.'
Led by the first single, 'Queen,' the three vocal powerhouses are elated about the opportunity to form this sisterhood in song.
"Truly I am excited because what we're doing has never been done before with three women on CD," Price told BV Buzz. "Each of us in our own right is a true vocalist and while I am loving what we're doing in the studio, I just can't wait for people to see our live show!"
Though each of the ladies knew each other prior to this endeavor, it is their first time collaborating together on music in any capacity.
"I'm so excited to work with these ladies because I'm a fan first," Tamia offered. "It is fun and we have a really good time together. There's something special here musically and we have a genuine bond."
Cox added: "I fee the same way. It's really the most exciting project I've been a part of. We're going to be raising the bar just a tad. It's great to work with likeminded individuals. We have the same sentiments as singers, mothers and wives!"
Producer Shep Crawford (Whitney Houston/Heather Headley) was the mastermind behind the group and said his vision was to just bring three dynamic women together to sing.
"My goal was to highlight the amazing talents individually, while blending them together to unite for this mega project. This is a unique union that will provide the music you have come to expect from these three superstars," said Crawford.

DK is currently in Los Angeles recording songs with Crawford and producer Warryn Campbell (Mary Mary/Kanye West). They are slated to also record material with Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, R. Kelly and Raphael Saadiq as well.
'The Queen Project' is scheduled to be released in early 2010; however no record company affiliation has been announced at this time.
The group's first concert together will be in New York City during the Circle of Sisters expo on Oct. 10.
In addition to the music endeavor, TDK is documenting the development of this project and intend to turn it into a reality show.
